Unsubscribe and Resubscribe

Step-by-Step Instructions: Unsubscribe and Resubscribe

Did you receive a FilesAnywhere notification, such as a FileShare™ or FileReceive Link? If you prefer not to be contacted when a FilesAnywhere customer shares a referral or link with you, opting out is quick and instantly removes your email address from further communication. If you've recently unsubscribed from notifications, but wish to begin receiving them again, you may also resubscribe at any time. Simply follow these instructions:

Let's Get Started:

To Unsubscribe

1. Visit the Unsubscribe/Resubscribe page to be directed to Notification Preferences. You may also visit the FilesAnywhere home page and click the Unsubscribe/Resubscribe link at the bottom of the page.

2. Select the Unsubscribe radio button and enter the email address you wish to unsubscribe.

3. Click submit.

4. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you entered.

5. To complete the unsubscribe request, click to confirm.

6. The Notification Preference page will open confirming your email address has been successfully unsubscribed.

7. Once your email address is on the unsubscribe list, customers who include you in a FileReceive Link, FileShare™Link, or refer a friend notification will see the following message:

To Resubscribe

1. Visit the Unsubscribe/Resubscribe page to be directed to Notification Preferences.You may also visit the FilesAnywhere home page and click the Unsubscribe/Resubscribe link at the bottom of the page.

2. Select the Resubscribe radio button and enter the email address you wish to resubscribe.

3. Click Submit.

4. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you entered.

5. To complete the resubscribe request, click to confirm.

6. The Notification Preference page will open confirming your email address has been successfully resubscribed.
