Are you receiving a "Host Unavailable" error when you attempt to sign into your FilesAnywhere mobile app?
If so, perhaps you don't have Use Cellular Data enabled on your app.
To reach this setting, tap on the Settings icon on your iOS device. Then scroll down to the FilesAnywhere app and tap on it. You will see the following screen.
Turn Use Cellular Data on and this will resolve your issue.
