To access your settings
1. Log into your account
2. Select the person icon on the upper right-hand side of your screen
3. Select My Account
4. Then select settings.
5. This will open your setting panel.
1. Security: The Security tab allows you to change your password and enable Multifactor authentication (if MFA is enabled on your account)
2. User View: This allows you to control what a user can see on the account. Example: Tags, Notes, and Timezones. ( These features have to be enabled)

Security
1. My Profile: offers you a quick and easy way to access and change your personal information.
2. What's New: Gives your access to your account, the ability to create support tickets, access to support articles and information on new features as they come available.
3. Old Password: For Security enter your current password here.
4. New Password: What you would like your new password to be.
5. Confirm Password: Confirm the password you entered, This is to make sure that the new password is typed correctly.
6. Multi-Factor Authentication: (Must be enabled for the account type) This Is an added layer of security on your account. You will receive a code via text message, email, or phone call.
7. Update Profile: Acts as a save button and will save all changed settings.
User View
1. My Profile: offers you a quick and easy way to access and change your personal information.
2. What's New: Gives your access to your account, the ability to create support tickets, access to support articles and information on new features as they come available.
3. Notes: are a great way to record important information or draw attention to a file or folder.
(Notes must be enabled in the admin panel and or be activated within the user settings.)
4. Tags: Allows you to enter keywords so that you can later search your files and find the information quickly and easily.
5. Time Zone: Set your time zone this allows you to match timezones so they are universal across the account.
6. Update User View: Saves all changes made to this tab.
Mobile and Sync
1. My Profile: offers you a quick and easy way to access and change your personal information.
2. What's New: Gives your access to your account, the ability to create support tickets, access to support articles, and information on new features as they come available.
3. IOS App: Allows you to manage your FilesAnywhere account right from your Apple Device.
4. Andriod App: Allows you to manage your FilesAnywhere account right from your Andriod device.
5. Backup for Windows: Cool Backup allows you to automatically backup local files and folders to your FilesAnywhere Account.
6. CloudSync for Windows: You can synchronize local files and folders with your FilesAnywhere account. (For Professional and Enterprise Accounts)
7. Outlook Add-in for Windows: Quickly and securely send files of any size via email.
8. Backup for Mac: Cool Backup allows you to automatically backup local files and folders to your FilesAnywhere Account.
9. Outlook Add-in for Mac: Quickly and securely send any size files via email.
Service Plugins
1. Fax Service: Send and receive faxes through the cloud.
2. Microsoft Online Editor: Directly edit Word documents, Excel sheets, or PowerPoint presentations from your account.
3. Zoho Editor: Edit Excel sheets, Word docs, or PowerPoint presentations from your account without downloading.
4. Photo Editor: Edit photos or images directly from your account.
5. AutoDesk Engineering Drawing Viewer: View AutoCad engineering drawings from your account without any download.
6. Adobe Sign: Instantly send, e-sign, track, and file documents securely online.
7. DocuSign: Digitally manage your documents, secure your data, and authenticate your signers.
