Step-by-Step Instructions: Checking Your Account Balance and Billing Date

Knowing stuff is always good, especially when it comes to finances! We know you don't want to search the world over to find your important account information. If you ever need to check your account balance, or find out your next billing date, simply follow these directions and be enlightened. 

1. Log into your FilesAnywhere account.

2. Click your account name and choose Profile/Account


3. Choose Plan Information on the left

4. When the page reloads choose Billing Information underneath Plan Information to see your plan info as well as your billing cycle.


5. Hover your mouse over Details to see your next billing date and amount.
