CloudSync - Help Overview


In an effort to elaborate on the functionality of this new program, here's a breakdown of the Help Tab.


Help Overview


  1. The Learn More button will take you to the CloudSync section of our Knowledge Base.


  2. The Submit Logs button will allow you to send your error logs directly to our developers.  This way we can more accurately assist you with any issues you have encountered.

  3. If you have any Exceptions to view, you will be able to click on the View Exceptions button to access them.

    If there are no Exceptions to view, you will receive the popup message.


  4. If there is a new version of the app available, you will see this area.  You can click on the Download Now button to download it.
