Closing A Past Due Account
To close your account when you are past due; log in to the account.
1) Once you are logged in click the Close Account button in the bottom right corner. (Located beneath the 'Total Billed Amount' details.)
2) A box will pop-up asking you if you want to close your account, click on OK.
3) Once you confirm the cancellation by clicking OK, you will be emailed a unique security code associated with your account.
4) Enter the security code and select whether you would like the account closed immediately or the End of Billing Period and click on Close My Account.
*Note: If you do not verify the security code received in your primary email, the account will remain active.*
