How To Close An Account If Past Due

Closing A Past Due Account


To close your account when you are past due; log in to the account. Once you are logged in click the Close Account button in the bottom right corner. (Located beneath the 'Total Billed Amount' details.)


2. A box will pop-up asking you if you want to close your account. Click on Close My Account.


3. Once you select the 'Close My Account' option, you will be given a unique code associated with your account and directed to call one of our numbers: 1-855-796-2669 (US) or 972-893-3301 (International)


4. Contact our customer service personnel via phone or email so that we can verify the security code and close out your account. 

**NOTE: If you do not verify the code the account will remain active.**
