Administrative Console - Allocating Personal Storage Space For A New User

After logging into your admin site (


  1. Navigate to the left side of the screen and click on Add User.
  2. After filling out the required information, you will come across the Storage Space section.
  3. Click the checkbox to enable and Assign Personal Space to your new user.
    *Note: GB is auto enabled and will need to select MB for smaller amounts of storage if desired.*
  4. You are able to select the amount of storage you would like to provide the user with by typing in the text box or using the arrow buttons to the right.
    *Note: If an admin elects not to assign a user personal storage space, the assignment of at least one folder share from another user account will be required.*
