Dedicated IP Update Steps

Step 1 - Domain Approval – The screenshot below is of the email that will be sent to the domain owner followed by what will appear after clicking the link.

Step 2 – Notify FilesAnywhere - Notify support@filesanywhere.com immediately of the DNS change so that FilesAnywhere can start the certificate order process.

Step 3 - EV Approval Email - This goes to the Company Contact listed on the EV Order that FilesAnywhere has verified works and has permission to order EV Certificates on behalf of the organization.

Step 4 – Order Complete.  Below is an example of the completed page received once DigiCert approves the EV Certificate.
