FilesAnywhere uses the Zoho Editor which allows users to edit and update documents in the cloud without the hassle of downloading and reuploading them.

How to enable or Disable Zoho Editor

To Access Zoho Editor

  1. Log in to your account. 
  2. Select the file you want to edit and right-click it
  3. Hover over More
  4. Mouse over Service Plugins
  5. Select Edit with Zoho

 

 6. Once selected the document will open in the Zoho Editor

 

7. From there you can make the changes as necessary.

8. Click the Save button and close the document once it has been saved.

How to Enable or Disable Zoho Editor 

(If you do not see these options please contact your Administrator to have the Zoho Plugin Enabled)

1. Log into your account

2. Select My Profile

3. Then select My Account

4. From the Left menu use the drop-down arrow next to settings.

5. Click on Service Plugins 

6. Scroll down till you see Zoho Editor for Spreadsheets, Documents, Slideshows

7. Here you can enable by putting in a checkmark next to Document Editor, Or disable by clicking on disable.
