1. Log into your FilesAnywhere Account.
2. Click My Profile in the upper right corner.
3. Select My Account
4. On the Left-Hand panel, select Settings
5. Click Security
6. Enter Your Old Password
7. Enter in Your New Password and Confirm
8. After you Confirm your Password, click Save Changes
Forgot Password
1. From the Login screen, Click forgot password
2. Enter the Account Username and Primary Email address.
3. Click on Submit
4. Check the Email that is associated with your FilesAnywhere Account
5. Click on the reset password link
6. Enter your New Password
7. Confirm your Password
8. Click Submit
Now You should be able to log in with your new Password.
Note: It's essential to choose a strong password. FilesAnywhere recommends selecting a password containing seven or more alphanumeric characters, including at least one number, capital letter, and special character. If you need more password security, consider a Professional Site.
