Supported Formats
Supported Versions: Microsoft Office Outlook 2016, Outlook on the web for Exchange 2016 or later, New Outlook on Windows, Outlook on Mac
System Platform: Microsoft Windows, MAC
How to Install the Outlook Add-in
1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Select the Apps Icon
3. Click on Add Apps
4. Enter FilesAnywhere in the Search field
5. Select FilesAnywhere and Select Add or Open
6. You can start using the Outlook Add-In Immediately
How to Send Files
1. In Outlook, compose a new email message.
2. Select the FilesAnywhere Icon in the Message ribbon.
3. Enter Your FilesAnywhere Account Username and password. (Selecting Remember me will save these credentials.) (FilesAnywhere Professional or Enterprise users: You must enter your Client ID. For help locating your Client ID, click here)
4. Use the Add Files, Add Folders or Drag and Drop to select the Files you want to send. You may select as many files as you like.
5. Click Create Link. All Files and Folders will be uploaded to your account and a FileShare Link will be created.
6. Once the Files/Folders have uploaded You will see the Following Screen.
7. Once closed you will see a FileShare link appear in the Body of your Email. (Compose and Send your email normally)

File Location
With File Location, you can quickly and easily select where in your FilesAnywhere account, your files are uploaded to.
To find the File Location
1. Log in with the Outlook add-in
2. Select the Folder Icon next to the Upload Location.
3. Select the folder that you wish to upload to
