With the release of the FilesAnywhere Outlook Add-In on the Microsoft app marketplace. Here's how to deploy it for your entire organization.
How to deploy the Outlook Add-in for your organization
- Log into the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- On the left, click on Show All
- Click on Settings
- Click on Integrated Apps
- On the right, click on Get Apps
- Once the AppSource window appears, search for "FilesAnywhere" in the search box
- After the app appears in the search results, click on the Get it now button
- On the confirmation popup screen, click the Get It Now button
- This will begin the Deploment of the app
- Under Assign Users, select Entire Organization
- Decide if you wish to send out email notifications, then click Next to continue
- On the Accept Permissions Requests screen, review the information and click Next to continue
- On the Review and Finish Deployment screen, review the information and click Next to continue
- The deployment will finalize and you will see a confirmation screen.
- On the Deployment Completed screen, press Done to close the window
- Under the Intigrated Apps screen, you will now see the FilesAnywhere app listed below
- The app is now available to your users
