How to deploy the Outlook Add-in for your organization

With the release of the FilesAnywhere Outlook Add-In on the Microsoft app marketplace.  Here's how to deploy it for your entire organization.

 

How to deploy the Outlook Add-in for your organization

  1. Log into the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  2. On the left, click on Show All
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on Integrated Apps
  5. On the right, click on Get Apps
  6. Once the AppSource window appears, search for "FilesAnywhere" in the search box
  7. After the app appears in the search results, click on the Get it now button
  8. On the confirmation popup screen, click the Get It Now button
  9. This will begin the Deploment of the app
  10. Under Assign Users, select Entire Organization
  11. Decide if you wish to send out email notifications, then click Next to continue
  12. On the Accept Permissions Requests screen, review the information and click Next to continue


  13. On the Review and Finish Deployment screen, review the information and click Next to continue
  14. The deployment will finalize and you will see a confirmation screen.
  15. On the Deployment Completed screen, press Done to close the window
  16. Under the Intigrated Apps screen, you will now see the FilesAnywhere app listed below
  17. The app is now available to your users
