New Look: FileReceive Link Expiration (Pro/Ent)

FilesAnywhere allows Administrators to enable FileReceive Link expiration limits for all users.

Here’s how the enhancement works: if, for example, you set the limit to 30 days, users will only see up to 30 days as an option:
  • When creating a link
  • When setting their defaults
  • When extending out the expiration of an existing link

*Note- The feature is only available for Professional and Enterprise accounts- For more information click here

To Enable FileReceive Link Expiration Limit

1. Log into your Admin Portal

2. Select Site Configuration on the left.

3. Select FileRecieve Defaults

4. Check Enable link expiration limit

5. Select the desired Expiration Limit (This will be the default expiration limit across all users)

6. Click on Save Site Configuration, and you're done!!
