1. Delete- Delete the selected data from form/forms.
2. Export- Converts the eForm data into a downloadable .csv file.
3. Lock/Unlock- Allows you to Lock or unlock selected eForm.
4. Disable/Enable Edit- You can disable or enable the ability to edit eForm data.
5. Search- Search for specific eForms.
6. Select- Select single or multiple forms.
7. eForm Icon Field- This will show whether the form is shared, disabled, or locked.
8. Name- The name of the eForm.
9. Created- The date the eForm was made.
10. Expires- This shows the date when submissions to the eForm are restricted.
11. FormID- An identifying number for the eForm.
12. Lock- Locks or unlocks the eForm.
13. Fields- The number of fields that are on the eForm.
14. Submissions- How many times the eForm has been completed.
15. Uploads- How many files/ Folders have been submitted.
16. Notification- Tells you if notifications are enabled.
17. Action Column- Gives you access to the action menu, and the ability to view submission data.
