The eForm data viewer offers a streamlined way to Review, Edit, and Export the data submissions for your eForms.
1. Create Data- The user can add a submission to the eForm.
2. Delete- Delete the selected eForm submissions.
3. Export- Converts the eForm data into a downloadable .csv file.
4. Search- Here, the submissions can be searched for specific data.
5. Select- Select single or multiple submissions at a time.
6. Edit- Allows editing of the eForm submission.
7. Link- Allows the user to link files/folders to the submissions metadata
8. PDF- Download the data from the eForm.
9. ID- This is the eForms unique ID number.
10. Updated- The date that the data was submitted.
11. Updated By- The user that last updated the data.
12. Fields- All of the fields contained in the eForm itself.
13. Created- The date the submission was created.
14. Created By- Who originally submitted the data.
