New Look: Updating Past-Due Billing (Business Starter)

If your credit card expired and your account ends up past-due, don't worry.  All you need to do is sign in and update your information all within your account online.

Note: If your account becomes locked due to the past-due status, email support@filesanywhere.com and provide your username so our team can provide you access to your account.

  1. Go to www.filesanywhere.com and log into your account.
  2. Upon logging in, you will be presented with this warning screen
  3. Click on the Update button to continue
  4. You will then be directed to the past-due payment screen where you can review your total due and update your billing information

 

Past Due Payment Screen

On the past due screen, you will be able to review your current plan, amount, and provide new billing information to process your payment.

  1. Subscription Information - Here is where you can review your current subscription information
    • Plan Type
    • Account Storage
    • Total Users
    • Billing Cycle
    • Plan Amount
    • Next Charge Date
  2. Payment Information - You can reivew your past-due amount
    • Prorated Amount
    • Tax
    • Zip/Postal Code
  3. Amount to be Paid Today - This is your total amount due
  4. Question Mark - By mousing over the question mark you can see a further breakdown of the payment total.
  5. Payment Method - Select either Credit Card or Paypal and enter in your new billing information to process your payment.  This information will be applied to your account and used in future billing cycles.
