Closing your Professional/Enterprise FilesAnywhere account

In the unfortunate event that you need to close your FilesAnywhere account please follow these steps.

  1. Send your request via email to support@filesanywhere.com.
  2. When submitting this request, please include your Client ID and/or Company Code.
  3. Once your request has been received, our Sales team will follow up with you and confirm the cancellation.

Note: Only authorize personnel such as the primary contact on file or the billing contact may make an official closure request.
