Lite - Known Issues/Limitations

Note: This newest interface is only available for Professional and Enterprise accounts.  

Known Issues/Limitations for FilesAnywhere Lite.

• In the My Documents area, the download button does not support multiple file downloads. (Lite does not support batch downloads at all.)
• In the My Documents area, the Properties panel does not support multiple selection.
• In the My Documents area, the right-side panel does not dynamically update when additional items are checked after opening it.  You must click on your action selection again, after selecting all the items, so the panel can display the up-to-date information.
• In Preview, video files viewed on Android mobile devices may not play.  There have been numerous reports on the Android support forums about this issue.  It may get resolved in the a future with a new browser update.
