Lite - Recovering your Username

You forgot again, didn't you? Not to worry! Forgetting your username is very common and we've built in an automated recovery system that's helpful and secure. All you need is access to the email address associated with your account.

Note: This newest interface is only available for Professional and Enterprise accounts.

To Recover Your Username

1. Go to the Login URL, http://lite.filesanywhere.com/. 

2. Click the Forgot Password? link.

3. The Forgot your Password/Username new screen will appear.

4. Select  the Forgot Username option, verify your client id, email address, and enter the CAPTCHA code, then click Submit. 

5. You'll receive an  email containing your username. You may follow the link provided to login.
