As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread and the situation evolves we have a heightened awareness at FilesAnywhere.

Our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our wishes for a full recovery.

FilesAnywhere is focused on the health and safety of our employees, families and communities. Committed to the continued service delivery that we have provided to our partners and clients for over two decades. We have become increasingly cognizant of how this event could affect FilesAnywhere users. Here is some information you should know:

  • Our operations remain uninterrupted. Sales, Support, Professional Services and administrative teams continue to function at high levels.
  • Our executive team is monitoring appropriate local, state and federal information to guide future actions. 

FilesAnywhere remains committed to serving our clients during a time of concern. We want to make it easy for you to help your customers and employees, during this time we will be discounting rates to add additional users or storage to your FilesAnywhere account.  Allowing flexibility to access your data from anywhere, while not compromising security. 

We will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 developments and make any adjustments and modifications to our policies and procedures as required.  Thank you for your continued support.
