Admin Console - How to set up custom site branding

We support different levels of customization for your account.

Note: Custom branding is only available for Professional & Enterprise plans.

The customization options are as follows:

  • Change the default logo and company name
  • Request a custom URL
  • Change system email templates or your user portal login page

Note: Fees may apply, so be sure to ask your Account Representative about specific customization options.

 


 

How to change the default logo and company name

  1. Log into the admin console.
  2. Click on the Site Configuration button.

  3. On the left, click on the User View Settings
  4. On the right, click on the Select Image button and browse for the logo on your local machine and press Open.

     Note: Logo dimensions should be a max width of 300px and height of 60px
     
  5. Once the image is uploaded, press the Submit Logo button.

  6. To edit the company name, type your changes in the text box.

    The Company Name applies to the following.
    • The admin portal

    • Browser tab
      09.png
    • Email notifications, such as account details, FileShare emails, etc.

  7. Click Save Site Configuration to save all the changes.

How to request a custom URL

  1. Log into the admin console.
  2. Click on the Site Configuration button.

  3. On the left, click on the Custom URL Settings

  4. On the right, in the Site URLs section, you will see your current site URL.
  5. Click on the 'click here' to pull up a secure eForm to submit your request.

    Note: There are fees that applies to setting up and maintaining custom URLs

 


 

How to change system email templates or your user portal login page

For any of these changes, you will need to contact your account representative and make these requests.  When you do, please include the following:

  • A screenshot with mockup of the changes required.
    (If you have the capability, providing the HTML of the changes needed is also acceptable.)
  • Graphics needed for the changes

Note: Fees may apply to these changes, consult with your account representative to find out.
