Important information about a Free Twilio Account.
- There is no time limit, but they do provide you a testing balance to work with.
- Once that balance is depleted, you'll need to Upgrade to a paid plan
- As long as your account is in Trial status, all SMS messages will be prefaced with "Sent from your Twilio trial account -"
- While in Trial status, you can only send SMS messages to a non-Twilio verified phone number (the one you use to sign up for your account will be automatically added to the list).

How to sign up on Twilio and what information to provide us.
- Use this link to sign up for a free trial
- On the screen, fill in your information and sign up for a free trial.
- Once you log into your new account, their system will ask you a few questions to get the account set up properly.

- Do you Write code? Select (No).
- What are you here to do? Select (Get a Twilio number to use with a different service).
- What service/company are you integrating Twilio into? Select (Other).
- Do you Write code? Select (No).

- Now that your account is set up, you need to get a phone number.
- Click on the Get a Trial Number button.
- A pop up will appear with a number granted to you. Click the Choose this Number button to accept it.
The information you need to enter from Twilio
- Now that you have your number, you'll need to gather three pieces of information on your Twilio dashboard (shown below).
- Log into your Admin Console and click on the Site Configuration button.
- On the left, click on Twilio Settings.
- On the right, you will need to enter the Trial Number, the Account SID, and the Auth Token accordingly.
- Once you enter the necessary information, press the Save Configuration button.
- Now you can utilize SMS for OTP on eForms and FileShare links.
