Are you wanting your Professional or Enterprise account to be even more professional than it already is? Wait no longer, now you can have a dedicated URL associated with your account. This can be done from within the Admin Console.
1. Log in to the admin console
2. Navigate to Site Configuration
3. On the left side of the page click Custom URL Settings
4. This will display what your current User Portal URL is and if you would like to submit a request for a customer URL click the blue text that says "click here" or you can click the link below to access the eForm.
5. Click here will redirect you to an eForm that you will need to fill out with your company's information and who we will need to contact if we have any further questions. Once complete click Submit so we can get started on it.
Please note that there is an annual recurring charge of $250 which covers the cost of us having to install and manage the dedicated SSL cert for the account.
