Did you recently create a FileShare or FileRecieve link, then find that you need to change it? No problem! Links can be modified if you need to extend an expiration date, send it to additional recipients, or even lock the file from further access.

How to Manage an existing FileShare Link
- Log into your account
- On the right side, click on the Hamburger (More Options) menu
- Mouse over Manage
- Click on FileShare Links
- This will take you to the Active FileShare Links grid. From there you can edit any active link you have created.

- Log into your account
- On the right side, click on the Hamburger (More Options) menu
- Mouse over Manage
- Click on FileReceive Links
- This will take you to the Active FileRecieve Links grid. From there you can edit any active link you have created.
Active Links Grid
Both FileShare and FileRecieve have their own active links grid that you can use to locate an existing link. From there you can edit, lock, or share any link as needed.
- Batch Options - You can delete/lock/unlock existing links or you can export the grid
- Search - Search for files/folders, email, date drange, or Link Id
- Edit - Edit any existing link
- Shared - Mousing over this will give you a quick view of the list of items that you shared for each link
- To - Mousing over this will show you the email addresses a link was sent to or, if simply created, will show GENERALLINK instead
- Lock/Unlock - Disable/enable link access
- View Link - View the existing links that were generated for this entry
- Link Generator - If you need a new link, you can generate one here
- History - If tracking is enabled on a link, you can view the activity history by clicking on this
- Created Date - The date and time the link was created
- Expires - If the link has an expiration, you'll see it here, othewise you'll see "Never Expires"
- Notification - Displays if email notifications are enabled
