Notice: FTPS Endpoint Changing January 29, 2026

On January 29, 2026, ftps.filesanywhere.com will be discontinued.
To avoid any interruption to your service, please update your FTPS connection settings as soon as possible.

To continue using FTPS:

• Update your FTPS/SFTP host pointer to connect.filesanywhere.com
• Ensure SFTP/CONNECT access (SFTP / FTPS) is enabled in your Admin Console
• CoolBackup users: update your backup profiles to use FilesAnywhere CONNECT (FTPS)
  Note: This requires you to use version 10.7.0 or higher
