Dear FilesAnywhere Customer,
We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to the FilesAnywhere Fax service.
FilesAnywhere’s built-in Fax service will be discontinued effective February 28th, 2026.
To ensure uninterrupted faxing capabilities, we are introducing a new third-party Fax integration powered by Sinch.
What This Means for You
You can continue sending and receiving faxes through your FilesAnywhere account by connecting it to a Sinch Fax account.
Important items to note:
- A Sinch account is required to use the new third-party faxing service.
- If you Receive Faxes, you will need to set up a new inbound Fax number with Sinch.
- Existing FilesAnywhere Fax numbers will not carry over.
- Within FilesAnywhere, you will need to enable the Sinch integration and enter your Sinch Key's to complete setup.
