Admin Console - How to manage OpenAI for a user

Once you have your AI Integration settings enabled under Site Configuration OpenAI will be enabled for all your users.

If you want to enable/disable OpenAI for a specific user after that, you can do so by following the steps below.

  1. Log into your admin console
  2. Click on Users
  3. Create a new user or edit an existing user
  4. On the left menu, click on AI Integration
  5. Click on the On/Off button to enable or disable OpenAI for that user
  6. Then click Save and Close to save your changes
