For added security, we have added the ability to disable eForms from being edited.
From the More Options menu, you are now able to lock down your Eform from being edited with ease.
Note: The Disable Edit option prevents users/owner from editing fields, changing settings, and deleting the form. Users and Guests will still be able to enter data.
- Navigate to the eForm section
More Options -> eForms -> Dashboard
- Locate the eForm you wish to disable editing and sharing for
- Mouse over the eForm and then click on the More button on the far right in the actions column
- Click on Disable Edit
- When the Disable Edit popup appears, click on the Disable Edit button
- Once the Eform Edit option is disabled the "Edit" button will be grayed out and Share options will not be available.
- To Re-enable the Eform for editing again, simply click on the More button and then select Enable Edit
- Once the popup appears, click on the Enable Edit button
