To avoid any service interruption, we recommend reviewing and updating your SFTP connection settings as soon as possible.

Important: This change does not impact your website access or apply to any other endpoints.
What you need to do to continue using SFTP (if applicable):
- Update your SFTP host to: connect.filesanywhere.com
- Ensure SFTP / CONNECT (SFTP / FTPS) access is enabled in your Admin Console
- CoolBackup users: Update your backup profiles to use FilesAnywhere CONNECT (SFTP)
Download the latest version of CoolBackup from our website. - Note: When you first connect to the new host, you will be prompted to accept a new security certificate. This is expected
