Admin Console - How to manage Google Gemini for a user

Once you have your AI Integration settings enabled under Site Configuration Google Gemini will be enabled for all your users.

If you want to enable/disable Google Gemini for a specific user after that, you can do so by following the steps below.

Note: In order to enable Google Gemini, you need to first have an API key.  Click here to review Google documentation on how to obtain an API key.

1. Log into your admin console
2. Click on Users
   
3. Create a new user or edit an existing user
4. On the left menu, click on AI Integration
   
5. Click on the On/Off button to enable or disable Google Gemini for that user
   
6. Then click Save and Close to save your changes
