How To Use FAi Tags

FAi Tags are AI-suggested tags generated from the contents of a selected file. You can generate FAi Tags in two ways: from Ask FAi or directly from the Info Panel.

Note: This feature is only available to Professional accounts that have AI Integration enabled and have granted file access.

Generating FAi Tags with Ask FAi chat

1. Log in to your Professional account
2. Locate a file you want to generate tags for and click on the Ask FAi icon on the right
   
3. In the chat area, under Quick Actions, click on Extract Tags
   
4. Once FAi generates the tags for the selected document, you will see them below the prompt
   
5. From here, you can click on the plus sign to the right of a tag to add it to your file
   
6. Added tags will appear in the Info Panel and, if enabled, in the main file area as well

Generating FAi Tags from the Info Panel

1. Log in to your Professional account
2. Locate a file you want to generate tags for
3. Check the checkbox to the left of the file name
4. Click on the arrow in the top right to open the Info Panel
   
5. In the Info Panel, look under the File Properties section to find the Tags section
   
6. Click on the FAi button
   
7. The Select Tags pop-up will appear, and the FAi Tags tab will automatically be active.  While the tags are being generated, a processing indicator will appear
   
8. Once the tags are generated, select the tags you want to add to the file
9. Click Add to apply the selected tags to the file
   
10. Added tags will appear in the Info Panel, and if you have tags visible in the main area, there as well
