The steps below explain how to clear your cookies and cache in our supported browsers.

Google Chrome
1. Open Google Chrome
2. On your browser toolbar, click the 3 vertical dots, in the top right of your screen.
3. Click on More tools
4. Click on Clear browsing data.
5. Click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files.
6. Choose all time to delete all history. This helps Chrome run faster.
7. Click on Clear Data
8. Refresh your browser; your cache is cleared!
Mozilla Firefox
Here’s how to clear your Firefox cache in Windows.
1. Click the button that looks like three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the Firefox window.
2. Click the History item in the Firefox menu that just appeared.
3. Click the Clear Recent History...Menu option to choose what to clear from Firefox.
4. Choose what to clear
6. Click the Ok button once you have decided what to clear, and Firefox will delete it.
7. Refresh your browser; your cache is cleared!
Microsoft Edge
1. Click the Menu icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Privacy, search, and services from the list of options on the left-hand side under Settings.
4. Scroll down to Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear.
5. Change the Time range at the top to All Time and check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
6. Click on Clear now.
7. Refresh your browser; your cache is cleared!
Safari
Here is how you can clear your complete browser history in Safari
1. Open the Safari menu.
2. Click on Clear History
3. Set Clear to all history
4. Select Clear History.
5. Refresh your browser; your cache is cleared!
