Session Timeouts

In order to maintain security and PCI compliance, FilesAnywhere's session timeout has been updated to 15 minutes.  This means that if you remained logged in, after 15 minutes of idle time, the session will time out.  You'll have to log back in to resume your session.

This affects the Admin Console, the Advanced user interface, and the Lite user interface.  For security reasons, there is not a way to prolong or bypass this requirement unless you have a Professional or Enterprise level account.


For Professional or Enterprise accounts, you can adjust your own setting via the Admin Console.
